When the smile across your face,
No longer portrays how you feel,
Every word that you've said,
No longer the voices within the soul,
Why lines are made curvy,
When it's easier to draw them straight,
Why life is being complicates,
When happiness is about being simple and moderate.

Those lies that people made,
Those cries that people fake,
Forgoing their love ones and faith,
While battling to be on top,
Back-stabbing those along the way,
On the ladder to power and fame,
Steps that lead to self decay.

It's ain't how much dollar and cents you've made,
Nor the Bentley and LVs that you purchased,
Certainly not the titles that you've gained,
Nor the positions that you sustained,
It's the peace of mind that you can obtain,
The worry-free mind,
Where troubles and guilt were not registered,
Only love and care are administered,
Where money and power were not priority,
Only sense of togetherness and sincerity,
Once life is made simple,
Happiness will surely stays.
